Croissant
This week for croissant I just followed Laura Vitale recipe
Note for myself:
I guess only two things I did wasn't right :D
first; I guess I didn't left the dough to rest enough, 6 hours wasn't enough
Second: Mistakenly added about 2 Tbsp salt :D I tried to remove a bit but still salty a bit
Just to remember that next time.
